The White House has two bedrooms within the house and a third bedroom a few metres away in the garden. Each bedroom is an inviting oasis, layered with textured linens, cosy textiles and personal antique collections. The Garden Room - the third bedroom is totally private and has its own claw foot bath and bathroom. Once again, curated industrial furniture, a mix of old and new in a spacious light filled room, perfect when staying with friends.
The White House is walking distance to all the best cafe’s and well known restaurants. The main street is filled with great fashion stores, galleries and bars. There is also an abundance of local produce available in the town to bring back and create something special. The Dining room with one-off curated pieces, features industrial lighting and a large kitchen with custom concrete bench tops and commercial size oven. The salvaged green trestle table with ex-boardroom chairs and oversized enamel pendants - perfect for a group dinner or just for two, overlooks the leafy green garden.
The Bathroom is a feature of the home. An authentic french antique chandelier, original claw foot iron bath and a European style hand held shower surrounded by white washed walls as well as antique mirrors and industrial collections, it's the perfect place to unwind. The third bedroom is separate to the house and has its own bathroom, also with a claw foot cast iron bath and an overhead shower.
The oversized lounge room features a huge fireplace to curl up in front of, relax and read or just stay cosy. A vast collection of art works, furniture old a new, layers of textiles, rugs and cushions to totally immerse yourself in. There is also a private library with vintage 1930's leather club chairs and Deborah Bowness wallpaper adorning the walls. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing read or a quiet drink.
The Garden room and 3rd bedroom, is separate to the house and perfect when staying with friends as it features its own bathroom with a vintage claw foot bath. Once again, curated industrial furniture and collected pieces feature throughout the space. Huge vaulted ceilings and large french doors through to the garden, make for a very private space with an abundance of natural light.
